PARKING:

  • The rollup doors, marked as #6 and #7 at the convention center, are for Exhibitor Setup Entry and Load Out Exit.
  • After 6:00 pm on Friday, entry to the building is through the main entrance, noted as the map.

 

SHOW HOURS:

The show floor is open the following hours:

  • Friday, April 5th: 6:00 PM- 10:00 PM
  • Saturday, April 6th: 10:00 AM- 8:00 PM
  • Sunday, April 7th: 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM

 

LOAD IN / ACCESS:

You must have your exhibitor badge on your person and show it in order to gain entrance. If you do not have your badge on you, you will be turned away. No exceptions. If somebody inside the Convention Center has your badge with them, that person will be required to come outside and meet with you in order for you to get your badge so that you may gain entrance.

  • Thursday, April 4th: 10:00 am to 4:00pm. This time is only to be used for exhibitors bringing Arcades, Pinball Machines, Large Displays and Consoles.
  • Friday, April 5th: 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
    • Anyone checking in after 4:00 pm on Friday, must enter through main entrance. This is noted as the box with “A” in it on the attached map.
  • Saturday, April 6th: 9:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Sunday, April 7th: 9:00 am to 10:00 am

 

LOAD OUT PROCEDURE:

  • Load Out will start at 4:00 PM on Sunday, April 7th and run until 10:00 PM.
  • The Sharonville Convention Center will NOT reopen for load out the following day. All product/materials must be removed by the evening of Sunday, April 7th.
  • The Super Cincy Expo Exhibitor Coordinators will be on hand to answer any questions.

 

LOADING CARTS AVAILABLE FOR USE:

  • Flatbed loading carts will be provided by the decorator for use to transport your merchandise from the loading dock to your booth. As there are not enough for everybody to use at once it would be greatly appreciated if you load and unload the cart, then return it in a timely manner so that it can be provided to another.
  • If you wish to be able to take your time and not feel rushed, you may of course feel free to bring your own cart for transportation.
  • To ensure that all of the carts remain accounted for, a driver’s license will be required to be left with the Expo representative staged at the loading dock. Upon returning the cart, your license will be returned to you. No exceptions will be made to this rule.

 

WHAT DOES MY EXHIBIT SPACE INCLUDE?

10x 10 Booth Package

  • 10 x 10 foot space
  • 1 – Table that is covered and skirted. (table dimensions are 8ft long, 25 inches wide, 30 inches tall)
  • 2 – Chairs
  • 2 –  Badges
  • 1 –  ID Sign
  • 1 – Trashcan

 

6 Foot Table Package  

  • 8 x 6 foot space
  • 1 – Table (table dimensions are 6ft long, 25 inches wide, 30 inches tall)
  • 2 – Chairs
  • 2 – Badges

 

BOOTH COMFORT

  • The entire show floor will already have a carpeted floor.

DIRECTIONS AND PARKING LOCATIONS

The Sharonville Convention Center is conveniently located just 15 miles north of downtown Cincinnati at I-75 and I-275, with easy access from I-71 and I-74. Accessible to more than 60% of the nation’s population by either an easy day’s drive or a one hour flight, Sharonville is about 30 minutes from the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, which offers direct flights by major airlines and regional carriers to approximately 70 non-stop destinations.

FROM THE NORTH (DAYTON):

  • Take I-75 South to the Sharon Road Exit (#15). Turn right on Sharon Road. Go one block to Chester Road and turn right. The Convention Center is located ½ mile on the left.

FROM THE NORTH (COLUMBUS):

  • Take I-71 South to I-275 West. Take I-75 South toward Cincinnati to the Sharon Road Exit (#15). Turn right on Sharon Road. Go one block to Chester Road and turn right. The Convention Center is located ½ mile on the left.

FROM THE WEST:

  • Take I-275 around the north side of the outer-belt (North/East) to I-75 South. Take I-75 South to the Sharon Road Exit (#15). Turn right on Sharon Road. Go one block to Chester Road and turn right. The Convention Center is located ½ mile on the left.

FROM THE EAST:

  • Take I-275 around the north side of the outer-belt (North/West) to I-75 South. Take I-75 South to the Sharon Road Exit (#15). Turn right on Sharon Road. Go one block to Chester Road and turn right. The Convention Center is located ½ mile on the left.

FROM THE SOUTH:

  • Take I-75 North to the Sharon Road Exit (#15). Turn left on Sharon Road. Go one block to Chester Road and turn right. The Convention Center is located ½ mile on the left.
